Coffee of the month

Brazil Mogiana Fazenda

It’s our last Coffee of the Month of 2021! We are so pleased to bring you our newest, premium, single origin coffee BRAZIL MOGIANA FAZENDA!

One of the most unique aspects of our newest single origin coffee is that the tasting notes burst through from the first sip due to its natural process: Tropical, Spice, Peach, Praline, & Chocolate. A medium-light roasting level was optimal to truly bring this coffee to life. Thus, brewing as a V60 Pour Over, Chemex, or French press will each bring a new experience to your cup.

BRAZIL MOGIANA FAZENDA is sourced from a small farm in the São Paulo region of Brazil, Sítio São Francisco. You can read more about the grower and his practices below.

This coffee is ready to go just in time for the holiday season! Pick up a bag today or order a manual brew online or at our 608 4th Street location in Old Town Clovis!

ABOUT THE GROWER

Fernando Sarreta is the manager of Sítio São Francisco, a 540 acre coffee estate established by his family over 40 years ago. His small farm is situated in the rolling hills of the Cássia dos Coqueiros region of Brazil and was one of the first estates in the region to be certified as an organic practice with a heavy focus on both soil and foliage analysis and management. This ensures a year-round focus on the nutritional needs of the plants and has earned them the reputation as a responsible grower. We are pleased to bring you our newest Coffee of the Month, Brazil Mogiana Fazenda!
